I have a TeleGPS (V1.0) that I can not get my Yaesu VX-8GR to decode for
the life of me. I have attached videos with sound from my SDR using SDR#
showing the TeleGPS output and my BigRedBee GPS. (Note the BRB is in
1200Baud and the TeleGPS is at 9600Baud)
I have properly setup up the built in TNC on the radio to switch between
1200 and 9600baud respectively, but that does not show any signs of
working. I have tried both uncompressed and compressed APRS formats, to no
avail. Tried different frequencies as well as offsetting my receive
frequency since I didn't find the RF calibration instructions in the
reference Appendix from the manual.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Thank you.

I am trying to download the known site coordinates from the webpage but get
the following error:
You must upgrade AltOS!:0:0:https://altusmetrum.org/AltOS
I just installed the latest version of AltOS so I know I am current. Any
thoughts?
Thanks,
Tim
Hi!
Two questions:
1. I was flying one of my TeleMega's and had a hard landing because of
tangled lines on my main. When I attempted to download the data from the
flight, I got CRC errors on some of the data points. The graph appeared,
but has some data holes in it. See attached.
- Is the rest of the data that I downloaded ok?
- Is it safe to fly this TeleMega again, or will I be at risk in future
flights?
- If not safe can this be repaired?
2. I dropped one of my TeleBT's while charging, and the USB connector came
off the board and is rattling around in the case. Is there any way you
could repair this for me? If so, let me know cost and how to send back to
you...
Thanks!
